‘Omggggg I’m so bloated’ is probably said at least 100000000 times A day. I would say I’m quite sensitive to bloating and so I’ve experimented with different ingredients, to see what can help! I have actually invented a de-bloating drink 😏 which I’m pretty proud of, as I have never seen it before and works for me!
You will need–
2. Prunes that come in a can
3. Lemon 🍋
5. Fresh raspberry’s
6. This is an extra but I use a scoop of the protein world collagen raspberry blend.
Instructions-Add 5 prunes ( make sure you take the pip out and use prunes from a can as they will be softer and easier to blend) to water, squeeze half or a whole lemon into the mix and then add half a pack of raspberries. ( add one scoop of the powder, if u have it but doesn’t matter if you don’t) then blend it 💥
